How do you ensure the freshness of food items during shipping?
We take great care in packaging our authentic German goods. Perishable items are shipped with insulated liners and cold packs when necessary to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.
What is the typical delivery time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the United States?
Currently, One Stop German Shop ships exclusively within the United States. We are looking into expanding to international markets in the future.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are the products sold on your site past their expiration dates?
Absolutely not. We monitor our inventory daily to ensure all products are fresh. Please note that German date formats are DD/MM/YYYY, which differs from the American MM/DD/YYYY format.
Can I request a specific German product that is not listed on your site?
We love suggestions! If there is a specific German candy, snack, or pantry staple you are missing, please email us and we will do our best to source it for our next inventory update.
